The Application collects and processes the following information when you download and use it:

• Push Notification Tokens: For sending medication reminders and caregiver notifications

1.2 User Profile Information

Users can voluntarily provide the following health profile information:

• Known allergies
• Chronic diseases
• Previous surgeries
• Emergency contact information
• Age
• Weight
• Height

1.3 Medication Information

• Medication Reminders: Details of medications, dosages, schedules, and reminder times
• Medication Stock: Information about medication quantities and inventory
• Search History: Medications searched within the application
• Favorites: Medications marked as favorites
• Routine Medications: Regularly taken medications list

1.4 Caregiver-Patient Linking

• Connection information between caregivers and patients
• Medication tracking and reminder confirmation data
• Call history (video/audio) within the application

2. How We Use Your Information

The Service Provider may use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Medication Reminders: Sending timely notifications for medication intake
• Caregiver Notifications: Alerting caregivers when patients miss medication doses
• AI-Powered Medication Information: Using Google Gemini AI to provide detailed medication information
• Drug Interaction Checking: Analyzing potential interactions between medications
• Health Profile Management: Storing and managing user health information
• Push Notifications: Sending reminders and alerts via Firebase Cloud Messaging
• Service Improvement: Enhancing application functionality and user experience

3. Data Storage and Security

• All user data is stored on secure servers using SQLite database
• The Application does not share your information with third parties except as described in this privacy policy
• Data is transmitted over secure connections
• The Service Provider takes reasonable security measures to protect your information

4. Third-Party Services

The Application uses the following third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Google Gemini AI: For providing medication information and answering user queries
• Firebase Cloud Messaging: For push notifications

5. User Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: You can view your stored data within the Application
• Deletion: You can permanently delete all your data using the "Delete My Account" button at the bottom of the Profile page

• Data Portability: You can request a copy of your data by contacting the Service Provider

6. Data Retention

• User data is retained as long as your account is active
• When you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers
• Backup copies may be retained for up to 30 days for recovery purposes

7. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider so that appropriate action can be taken.

8. Location Data

The Application does not collect precise location data. However, if location permissions are granted, location data may be used for emergency services (such as calling 112 emergency services).

9. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available through your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
